Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are as follows:
For 1 Unit, the shipping cost is $9.99.
For 2 Units, the shipping cost is $12.99.
For 3 Units, the shipping cost is $14.99.
For 4 Units, the shipping cost is $16.99
Shipping Time:
The estimated shipping time for orders is 5-10 days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Handling and Fulfilment:
3 business day fulfilment on weekdays, excluding holidays.
For Pre Order purchases, the fulfilment will be as per the pre order item’s availability of inventory, and this will be guided by the fulfilment estimate stated in the product description.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, please contact us immediately. We will require reasonable proof of the damage, and upon verification, we will provide a full refund or facilitate a return.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Please note that Tabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over its delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting your local USPS and providing them with your tracking number.
Delivery Delays and Refunds:
During peak order volume or unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may occur. If your items arrive significantly later than expected, you may qualify for a partial refund. However, if we provide notice of the delay and offer cancellation options, the refund will not be applicable.
